Aftereffects Animation and compositing part I & II

Downloaded the latest trial version of AE CS5 and completed parts 1 & 2 on Adobe TV tutorials for compositing and animation.

Made lots of notes re short cuts and so on, but one of the most valuable lessons I think was the meaning of 'Temporal and Spatial interpolation'.

This is a phrase all animators should be aware of as it refers to the movement in space and time and is used when key framing;

There are 3 main spatial interpolation types.

1 Linear (straight path)
2 Continuous Bezier (smooth path)
3 Bezier (custom shaped path using bezier handles)

The temporal interpolation is the timing and affects things such as easing for keyframes (similar to the squash and stretch effect) it creates a more realistic animation.

You can right click on a keyframe within the timeline to edit the keyframe assistant in aftereffects.

Heres my animation so far...
