A poster for my Freud project... influenced by a lady gaga poster which I felt was quite fitting!Reading through Freud’s books I was struck by how theatrical and staged the images were of him. He poses for the pictures as an actor might do. His office was well set as a stage might be with all kinds of artifacts and artwork about him to help tell his story. He is almost acting out his role for others to view, captured in photos instead of film.
Many have disputed Freud’s work, but to date, no one has yet proved otherwise of his theories and until that day comes, he will be remembered and talked about and so will continue to have the fame that he wanted so badly and succeeded in having!
